Job Descriptions :
- Full-cycle recruitment, including the creation and posting of job requisitions, applicant sourcing, maintaining a pipeline of strong candidates, interview scheduling and developing and negotiating employment offers
- Partnering with business managers and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy
- Utilize a variety of cost-efficient sourcing techniques to recruit high-quality candidates
- Carry out onboarding of new members and ensure their integration with the team goes smoothly
- Designing and executing employer branding contents and activities
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Management/Engineering
- Having experience on proven track record at talent acquisition and employer branding at least 1 year
- Good knowledge in photo-editing applications (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
- Detail oriented, creative, and tech savvy
- Strong communication, project management, and organisational skills
- Self starter, team player, and problem solver
