We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounting Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company’s financial health through accurate reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities when necessary.
• Contribute to financial process improvements and internal control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide support in financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply or have an experience max 3 years in a finance/accounting role is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Spreadsheet.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
